We ship direct to dog owners outside the United States using US First Class Mail.  Most frequently we ship to dog owners in Canada, the UK, Europe and Australia.  US First Class Mail for years has been consistently prompt and reliable.  Once we ship your order it is out of our control for how long it will take to clear customs and for in-country delivery. All delivery carriers indicate to expect delivery delays due to Covid 19 impacts. International customs may charge fees for you to receive your package once it arrives to your country.
